What to expect when you visit

Dr. Thompson will go over your medical history and do a full set of X-rays.  The hygienist will perform a thorough deep cleaning and polishing of the teeth.


He or she will educate the patient about their brushing and flossing habits and places where they may be missing. Dr. Thompson will inspect the head, neck, and mouth, do an oral cancer screening, and check teeth condition, placement, and gum health.

To save valuable time, we’ll have you fill out a medical history form in advance of your first visit. On that day, please bring:

  • 1 Comprehensive oral evaluation                     (1 every 5 years)

  • 2 Dental cleanings (non-periodontal based)
  • 1 Emergency exam (used any time during the year)
  • 2 Oral cancer screenings
  • 2 Flouride tooth desensitizing treatments
  • 4 Bitewing X-rays
  • Any individual X-rays needed throughout the year
  • Panorex or full mouth series of X-rays (1 every 5 years)
  • 15% off all other restorative dental treatment
  • 15% off in-office whitening*
  • 10% off Botox and facial esthetic treatment*

PERIODONTAL PLAN

$595/yr

  • 1 Comprehensive oral Evaluation                      (1 every 5 years)
  • 2 Periodic oral evaluations
  • 4 Periodontal maintenance cleanings
  • 1 Emergency exam (used any time during the year)
  • 2 Oral cancer screenings
  • 2 Fluoride tooth desensitizing treatments
  • 4 Bitewing X-rays
  • Any individual X-rays needed throughout the year
  • Panorex or full mouth series of X-rays (1 every 5 years)

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you offer financing?

    Yes, we accept Care Credit. Also for any procedures that require lab time (crowns, Occlusal Guards, partials, implant crowns, etc.) as long as you pay ½ at the time of impression, we can take payments however you’d like as long as the full amount is paid on or before the seat date. 

  • Do you file insurance?

    We do file all PPO dental plans on your behalf as an out of network provider. We take your estimated patient portion at the time of service and if insurance pays less or more than expected we will reach out for payment or to give you a refund for any overpayment. 

  • What is the dentist’s name?

    Dr. Allison Thompson (formerly the office of Dr. Angelo Kliossis. He retired in June of 2023)

  • Do you have appointments on Fridays or weekends?

    No, our normal business hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30 am - 3:30 pm. We offer early morning appointments to allow patients to come in before work or school. 

  • Do you have availability around 10 am

    Yes we do! 

  • Do you have availability after 3pm?

    Our last appointment is typically booked at 2:30 pm, but we do offer early morning appointments. Would a 7:30 am work for you?

  • How much is this going to cost?

    If you have dental insurance we are happy to look into your specific plan for an estimate or send a predetermination to find out the exact cost. 

  • What Insurance do you accept?

    All PPO Dental Plans,using the out of network benefits. If you have a copy of your insurance card, we are happy to look into your specific coverage and give you a more accurate cost estimate. 

  • How long can I wait to do my treatment?

    The cavity is the smallest it will ever be at this moment and will only get worse over time. We recommend getting treatment done at your earliest convenience to prevent it turning into a larger and more expensive problem to fix.
