Why Palm Branch  Dentistry?

We believe each patient’s needs are unique and as a private practice, take the necessary time to understand your goals.

Treatment is viewed through the lens of a partnership. We educate patients about their options and empower them to be part of the decision-making process. Our boutique practice is nimble and accessible and patients like seeing the same friendly faces with every visit to our welcoming environment.

What Sets Palm Branch Dentistry

Apart from the Competition

Investing in the highest caliber of equipment allows us to offer a wider range of services, all with the best possible outcomes. As soon as patients walk into our homey and welcoming environment, our team puts them at ease. There’s plenty of time for us to spend at each visit to partner with patients and empower them to join us and take an active role in their oral health.

Dentistry Tailored to Fit Your Needs

There are often several ways to treat a condition, and Dr. Thompson explores each of them with the patients. She taps into creativity and artistry when suggesting treatments, taking into account a person’s lifestyle, needs and goals.

MEET OUR TEAM

Dr. Allison Thompson, DmD

Growing up in Fort Mill, South Carolina, Dr. Thompson is a proud graduate of the College of Charleston for undergrad, and Medical University of South Carolina for her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Her main reason for becoming a dentist is personal—her own journey to correct peg lateral incisors adjacent to her front teeth involved years of orthodontic care. So she has a special appreciation for what smile transformation can do for a person’s confidence. After completing a one-year AEGD residency program—Advanced Education in General Dentistry—Dr. Thompson moved to Atlanta with her husband, Kip, who is a native of the Big Peach. They live in Brookhaven with their adorable twin daughters, Avery and Kaylan. When not at the practice, you’ll find her spending time with friends and family in the great outdoors, traveling and dining out.
